Amazon wants me to send the assembled item back - which I'm sure would be rejected because it's going to have damages whilst removing the nails. Waste of time trying to solve this. They prefer a negative rating instead of compensation, here it is :) Also they got Amazon to strike off my rating saying it's a fulfillment issue but clearly manufacturing issue.
